From Vacation Spot to Wedding Day: Caroline & Collin at The Pearl

About the wedding 11-22-25

Caroline and Collin’s wedding at The Pearl in Rosemary Beach was the definition of timeless sophistication. With both their ceremony and reception set against the refined backdrop of this iconic 30A venue, the day felt intimate, elevated, and effortlessly chic from start to finish.

Soft whites, lush greenery, and romantic candlelight created a setting that felt classic, modern, and thoughtfully curated—perfectly reflecting the couple’s style and the understated luxury The Pearl is known for.

The Ceremony

The ceremony took place at The Pearl, where Caroline and Collin exchanged vows surrounded by their closest family and friends. The space was transformed with cascading greenery and warm ambient lighting, creating a romantic atmosphere that felt both grand and deeply personal.

Caroline walked down the aisle in a classic silhouette that felt timeless yet modern, carrying an all-white orchid bouquet that instantly set the tone for the refined aesthetic of the day. The ceremony was heartfelt, elegant, and beautifully framed by the architectural charm of Rosemary Beach.

The Reception

Following the ceremony, guests transitioned seamlessly into the reception—also hosted at The Pearl—where the evening unfolded under glowing lights, lush greenery, and a celebration filled with joy.

From the couple’s first dance on the black-and-white checkered floor to champagne toasts and candlelit tables, every moment felt intentional and refined. The space struck the perfect balance between relaxed sophistication and formal charm, allowing guests to enjoy an unforgettable evening of dining, dancing, and celebrating Caroline and Collin’s love.

Details we love

The Brides all white orchid bouquet: One of our favorite details from Caroline and Collin’s wedding was Caroline’s all-white orchid bouquet. Effortlessly refined and beautifully understated, the cascading orchids made a striking statement without overpowering the overall design. The clean lines and sculptural shape felt timeless, complementing Caroline’s gown while echoing the classic palette woven throughout the day. It was the perfect example of how a single, thoughtfully chosen detail can elevate an entire wedding aesthetic—proving that simplicity, when done well, is always impactful.

Tell us about your big day!:

Caroline: “Collin and I both grew up in Birmingham, AL. Of course, that means that both of us spent many summer vacations and holidays on 30a. It made total sense to us to have our wedding there because it truly feels like home. Because 30a has always felt like home to me, that’s what I wanted our wedding to feel like. We really leaned into the time of year incorporating more black and white and tons of greenery and candles to make a warm and inviting feel.”

Fun fact about the couple:

Caroline: “We actually crossed paths several times before we started dating - we were from the same town, we’re getting our masters at Alabama the same year, and had tons of mutual friends. We ended up meeting while living in Atlanta after college!”
