Coastal “I Do” With Candlelight + Champagne Cheers

About the wedding

This wedding is pure coastal cool—easy, elegant, and zero fuss. The bride kept it classic in a soft, airy gown and fingertip veil; the groom nailed timeless black-tie with relaxed loafers. Portraits felt effortless: hand-in-hand strolls, wind in the veil, and that just-married glow. The bouquet? A chic mix of white blooms with inky-centered anemones and fresh greenery—minimal, modern, and totally romantic.

Ceremony vibes were sweet and sunny outside a white chapel, with guests tossing petals and cheering as the couple sealed it with a kiss. The wedding party came through in fresh, sorbet tones—think petal pinks, lemon yellow, and ocean blues—which popped beautifully against the greenery. It felt like the best parts of a beach day—breezy, bright, and a little bit sparkly—only dressed up for “I do.”

Afterward, everyone slid into dinner party mode. Long tables were lined with woven chargers, sea-blue taper candles, and lush white arrangements—hydrangea, stock, and roses in vintage cups—giving soft glow and coastal texture. The navy walls made the candlelight shimmer, and the champagne flutes never stayed full for long. Toasts were equal parts hilarious and heart-melting, exactly how you want a night like this to feel.

What we love most is how unfussy the whole day was—intentional details, nothing extra, and all the focus on the people. It’s proof you don’t need a million moving parts to have a stunning celebration; you just need a great backdrop, a clean palette, and a crew that loves you big. Pin this for your “quiet luxury by the coast” mood board—and steal the candlelit table, woven textures, and monochrome florals while you’re at it.

Details we love

The cake was a total show-stealer—smooth ivory buttercream with sculpted blooms climbing the tiers, then a cheeky surprise at the base: two tiny pup figurines (bandana included) guarding the slice zone. It’s the perfect mash-up of refined and playful: heirloom sugar florals for the photos, personality-packed pets for the smiles.
